Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

All returns will be credited to the original credit card used, excluding shipping and handling. If you would like an alternate item as an exchange, please submit a new order on our website.

All unused returns must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase date and returned in the original packaging- Include original receipt.

All packages must be prepaid. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

Any purchase made at a retail store must be returned to the retailer. Only web orders may be returned through myDuctbills.com.

We suggest that you send your return by traceable carrier in the event that the package is lost.

Please purchase tracking and insurance on your returned item or send via a carrier that automatically covers your package, such as UPS. myDuctbills is not responsible for lost packages nor are we responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us.
